Invengo’s Service Desk is the central contact point for technical queries on our hardware and software products for existing customers. Our team of multi-lingual technical experts can be reached by phone or email and will assist you with specific RFID system components or ACUITY-related technical requests. They will also provide you with installation guides, SDKs or drivers, and assist you with reader configurations and general concerns with the system’s fine tuning.
